I have a few domains on my server getting false reject messages when they send to domains on my server.
The message contains the error:
Cwd object version 3.06 does not match $Cwd::VERSION 3.09.
Any clues how to fix this?

exactly same problem on my server too.
This is started today.
It seems ap problem of cpan/perl update of cpanel.
I found similar cpan.perl problems:

My problem is resolved.
First Rollback cpanel update (My server was Automatic -RELEASE tree update)
I set id to STABLE tree and upgrade manualy cpanel.
then run
/scripts/perlinstaller --force Cwd
this actions stop returning e-mail messages for me.

Manual is the best but I would say that stable or release are fine for servers. The stable tree takes a long time to get bugs fixed through and as long as you check the on cpanel forum for any bugs in the release tree I generally just stick with release. Either way both of them work

You should not be able to upcp release tree to resolve this issue.
If you are still having issues please feel free to drop me an email
To disable BoxTrapper in builds earlier than Edge:
1. Make sure that /var/cpanel/version/boxtrapper is removed.
2. /usr/local/cpanel/whostmgr/bin/whostmgr2 --updateaddon
The Pro version that disables BoxTrapper is 1.0 R31.
This should take care of the issues with BoxTrapper, and to verify look at
/etc/exim.conf and make sure that there are not references to boxtrapper functions.

:o FYI, the problem appears to have cleared itself up...
Unfortunately, I don't know how/why.
I tried changing WHM to "Current" - but it still says "S83" on the number at the top... Maybe a partial update?????
Anyway, there's no reference to boxtrapper in the exim.conf and the emails have stopped....
Should I revert back to Standard????

I am having all kinds of issues today. My server is running like a slug. Is it something I have done, or maybe more traffic than usual? What could be causing my server to crawl?
