Zend Framework - Is it installed on my server?

We are running the current Release build of cPanel. We also have the PDO extensions installed via the previous Apache build.

Is Zend Framework something that I have to install on the server separately? If so, is there a straight-forward method for doing this?

Thanks, the above was posted after doing a straight 2 hour search and just coming up with some pretty non/cpanel generic stuff, or how to script using Zend Framework but nothing in the middle.


Any help would be vastly appreciated.
