Hi, there,
My server load is not too high. normally <0.5. But CPU usage is 0% - 30%.
My other servers are only <1%
My question: How much(%) CPU usage is OK?

The lower it is, the more abundance of resources you have.
*Theoretically*, efficient use would be to have the CPU utilization as close to 100% as you can while still accounting for usage spikes and future growth.
An example of this would be if you had two servers which normally used 20% of it's resources and you moved them on to a virtualized system where they will normally use 40%(plus some overhead). You've reduced the cost by half, made the service more efficient, and still have some elbow room to grow.
