What are some other good managed hosting options BESIDES platinum server management? They have been OK so far but I did not see their 6 hour turnaround time. So now I have a client who is having CGI problems after the server lockdown and I am still awaiting ticket response.

Are there any others that have shorter than a 6h turnaround?
