Greetings, on a new server setup I have gone into WHM and disabled the default setting for anonymous access, however, when creating a new account, for some reason, anon ftp remains checked by default when going into cpanel and I have to go in and manually uncheck this for each new account.

Is this a bug with WHM or what is the workaround for this? Thanks!
