Ok here here we go again..Now that i have changed my nameservers over to TP, who now handles my mail?my old registrar or TP? how do i access the mail for that domain and can i then forward it to another address? and seeing as i have a control panel can it all be done in there? does that make sense?

If you've pointed your domain to the planet's nameservers (ns1.theplanet.com ns2.theplanet.com) then the planet's nameservers now determine the pointing for individual services (web, email, ftp, etc.) Login to orbit and determine where you want each a and mx record to point. If you're using a dedicated server here to provide these services, then setup the services on the dedicated server and create mx and A records pointing to the IP of your new server. (alternately you can also run your own nameservers via. your own dedicated server(s) and at your registar register the nameserver IPs and via create new nameservers and then point your domain(s) to these nameservers.)
